This Raw Patagonia Rainforest Honey was the 2020 Silver Award Winner at the London International Honey Quality Competition. The Corcovado Apiary is located on Isla Tranqui (Tranquil Island), a beautiful island where the people live sustainably. No pesticides are allowed on the island. Everything is simple and everyone relies on each other. Raw means it has undergone less processing making it higher in healthy enzymes and retaining a distinctive flavor. It has been lab-tested to ensure it is pesticide-free, herbicide-free, antibiotic-free, unadulterated, pure, raw honey.

Raw honey has been processed less than conventional honey.  It has not been stirred for long periods or heated above normal hive temperature.  Independent research shows that it has more than double the amount of healthy enzymes than conventionally processed honey.
