Organic Rosemary Honey comes to us from Italy. This traditional, pale amber and slightly chewy Mediterranean honey possesses an intense and savory aromatic profile. It has a full-bodied sweetness with a strong piney aroma and herbaceous flavor. Excellent as a glaze for roasted chicken or pork, for baking - especially in olive oil cakes, and on whole-grain toast.
