Miel de pissenlit (Dandelion Honey)

Dandelion Honey is a creamed honey with a yellow color as bright as the flower. It has a clearly identifiable smell and taste. Harvested in Corrèze on the Millevaches plateau in Limousin, it is all the vigor of Spring that is expressed in this very original honey.
