This Wildflower Honey comes to us from the Camargue region of France.
Foraging sites: Camargue Regional National Park
Flowering: March - July
The bees went to gather bouquets of flowers such as white clover and sunflowers, but also cucurbits, lotus, brassicaceae, centaury, and rosacea. With a delicate scent and a pleasant taste, it develops a sweet flavor in the mouth, with vegetal, acidulous and persistent notes.
Color
The honey from our Camargue vintage is yellow and golden in color. Then its fine crystallization gives it a straw yellow amber color.
Texture
It is a creamy, creamy, melting honey with a fine homogeneous crystallization.
How can you taste raw Camargue honey?
Raw Camargue honey deserves pure tasting with a teaspoon, in the morning and in the evening! On a simple slice of butter or on a sandwich with a light drizzle of olive oil, it will reveal all its subtle acidulous notes.
*Depending on the harvest, the color of the honey may vary between the photos on our site and the honey that you receive.
8.8 oz (250 g) or 14oz (400 g) Glass Jar.
Made in France.
