This Wildflower Honey comes to us from the Burgundy region of France.
Foraging sites: in Burgundy
Flowering: June - July
Its taste is powerful and pleasant. It is made by bees from the flowers of the forests of Burgundy. It contains pollen from brambles, centaury, cistaceae, rosacea, brassicaceae, tree heathers, and white clovers. This complex foraging gives woody undergrowth flavors, with notes of red fruits, of strong intensity that persists in the mouth.
colour Burgundy raw honey is light in color, its fine crystallization gives it a golden color — straw.
Texture
From creamy velvet to finely crystallized.
How can you taste raw Burgundy honey?
Burgundy raw honey is perfect to enjoy with a teaspoon in the morning and in the evening. Its soothing properties make it ideal to accompany an infusion.
*Depending on the harvest, the color of the honey may vary between the photos on our site and the honey that you receive.
